A. If For Any Reasons, You Didn’t Like The Product And Would Like To Return, You Will Have To:

2- Repack The Unused Product In Its Original Packing.
3- Ship The Product Back To Our Warehouse At Your Expense.

Products That Have Been Used Or Cannot Be Returned To Their Original Re-Sellable Packing Will Not Be Accepted For Returning.

B. If For Any Reasons, You Received A Damaged/Defective Or Any Other Incidents That Are Deemed An Error On Our Part, You Will Have To:

1- Contact Us.
2- According To The Case, We Will Ask You To Return The Product Or Keep It And Receive Your Reimbursement.
3- We Will Bare Any Shipping Or Other Processing Fees Related To Returning The Item.

Any Claims For Damaged/Defective Items Must Be Submitted Within 30 Days After The Product Has Been Received To Be Eligible For Our 30 Days Money-Back Guarantee. For Packages Lost In Transit, All Claims Must Be Submitted No Later Than 30 Days After The Estimated Delivery Date. 

Wrong Address – If You Provided An Address That Is Considered Insufficient By The Courier, The Shipment Will Be Returned To Our Facility. You Will Be Liable For Reshipment Costs Once We Have Confirmed An Updated Address With You (If And As Applicable).

Unclaimed – Shipments That Go Unclaimed Are Returned To Our Facility And You Will Be Liable For The Cost Of A Reshipment (If And As Applicable).
